ROVING - STROLLING CHARACTERS
Looking for something different for an event, why not try a roving
character, see below for character descriptions.
Skills – Balloon Twisting, Unicycling,
Juggling, and Clowning
Lieutenant Lou
Lieutenant Lou Is a clown police
officer, she rides around not in a police car but instead on a miniature police bike,
complete with flashing lights and sirens. She's the nicest police officer
in town, but watch out because she loves handing out tickets and she might
just give you one for smiling.
Punk The Clown
Watch out for this
character, she'll try to swap your handbag for a balloon and if that
doesn’t work she might even hold you up with a balloon gun. Punk
cruises around on a unicycle or miniature bike, juggles, makes balloons, but most
of all creates chaos wherever she goes.
Lou
Lou The Clown
Lou Lou
The Clown loves
to impress everyone with her ability to ride, skip, jump and juggle on a
unicycle. She also twists balloons, balances objects and likes to
get people to throw soccer balls at her, which she catches on a stick she
holds in her mouth (Jaw dropping).
Lightening Lou
Dressed
as a silly superhero complete with underpants over tights this clumsy
character can’t fly, climb walls or drive a bat mobile, but she can use
her superpowers to juggle balls of fire, (well pretend ones), fly past at
speeds of light on one wheel, (well maybe not that fast) and will try to
fight off evil villains, (well more like eager children) with balloon
swords.
Miss Grace - (Graceful
but often disgraceful)
Take Little Bo-Peep
mix her with a little Goth and you've got Miss Grace. This enchanting
beauty is hiding something under her extremely large hoop dress, could it
be juggling objects, balloons or even a unicycle. Miss Grace takes you
through a journey of love, adventure and if she can pull it off, grace!
At present the only unicycle hoop dress performer in New Zealand, audiences
have been captivated by this unusual but truly beautiful performance.
